The story

What if Onyx didn’t simply visit London? What if we built something together?

Last year, during the London Coffee Festival, our team spent a day with James from Rosslyn wandering the streets of London. We shared coffees, traded recommendations, visited cafés that shaped the city’s coffee culture, and talked about what makes hospitality memorable.

Somewhere between conversations and cups, an idea emerged.

Rosslyn has earned its reputation as one of London’s defining specialty coffee destinations — not simply because of the coffee they serve, but because of the way they care for people. At Onyx, we see ourselves in that commitment. Hospitality has always been our shared language.

We believe coffee is better when it’s shared.

Arkansas roots

Northwest Arkansas is a place where the Ozark Mountains meet a growing culture of art, food, and adventure. It’s home to world-class mountain biking, miles of public trails, and a community that believes in welcoming people well.

It’s also where Onyx Coffee Lab was born.

Our founders, Jon and Andrea Allen, grew up here, and the spirit of Arkansas continues to shape everything we do. The hospitality you’ll experience at Rosslyn this September was learned back home, where people know your name, conversations come easily, and caring for others is simply part of the culture.

For four days in London, we’re excited to share a little piece of Arkansas with you.

For two weekends this September, Rosslyn London Wall becomes home to Onyx Coffee Lab. Our team is traveling from Northwest Arkansas to work alongside the Rosslyn crew, bringing the same hospitality and attention to detail you’ll find in our cafés back home.
